A meaningful day at the Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro happened on 15 September, as Governor Humerlito “Bonz” Dolor led the recognition to Provincial Treasurer Annabelle M. Gardoce for her 42 years of loyal service to the government.

A plaque of Recognition was awarded to Treasurer Gardoce during the regular flag raising ceremony at the Capitol, as a symbol of heartfelt appreciation and respect for her dedication to public service, with the Capitol workforce witnessing the special birthday and retirement celebration.

Present at the event were Provincial Administrator Atty. Earl Ligorio Turano and department heads of various offices, who paid tribute not only to her career but also to her personal birthday celebration.

Each of them expressed their greetings and presented gifts, demonstrating the love and unity of the entire Capitol.

Governor Bonz delivered his message of gratitude to what he called “Tita Abel” for her long-time service and love for the province, and assured that the PGOM will continue the good work she has started.

Tita Abelle was an inspiration for government employees, proving that true service is not measured by the length of service but by the heart and concern in the fulfillment of one’s sworn duty.
